Happy New Year! Grad is coming up in June and is a chance to celebrate the graduation of our wonderful Byng students.

The grad committee typically helps run three grad events: Graduation, Reception and Dance, and Prom. There are many ways
to help out and we encourage all parents and guardians of Grade 12 students to get involved. No contribution is too small!

The Parent Grad Committee will be sending regular updates regarding grad-related events and important dates for grade12 students and their families/guardians more frequently.

GRADUATION DATES 2025 
 
This year's grad events (some dates set by the school, some by the grad committee):
June 6, 2025 - Commencement Ceremony - UBC Chan Centre
June 14, 2025 - Grad Reception and Dance - The Nest
June 22, 2025 - Lord Byng Prom - Marriott Pinnacle

 

GRAD DIRECT FUNDRAISING APPEAL

Ticket prices for the Grad Reception and Dance will be based on the results of the Direct Grad Appeal. The Grad 2025 Appeal is a simple way to help ensure that all members of the class of 2025 have a safe and extraordinary graduation. 

The funds raised will contribute to the many aspects of the Grad Reception and Dance event: rentals, photographer, catering, DJ, decorations, etc. 

 

Tax receipts will be issued automatically for donations of $20 or more.
