Notice of AGM and Call for Nominations to PAC


All parents and guardians of Lord Byng Secondary School students are invited to the Lord Byng PAC Annual General Meeting at 7 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in the library. In accordance with our new Lord Byng Constitution and Bylaws,

1. The Executive Officers shall be elected annually by majority vote from the voting members at the AGM.

2. A call for nominations for Executive Officers shall be made within 7 days of the commencement of the School year in September.

In keeping with the bylaws, elections for Executive Officers for 2015/2016 will take place at the AGM. Anyone interested in running for the positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and District PAC Representative for the school year 2015/2016 may email a nomination to run for any of these positions, including your student’s name and grade, to lordbyngschoolpac@gmail.com.

The AGM will be followed by a short PAC meeting where parents will have the opportunity to hear about plans for the year from our principal, Ms. Vey-Chilton, and be part of planning for the new school year. Come and enjoy refreshments and launch the year with us!
